OCTC Announces Winter Session Acting Classes
Classes will be held on Mondays beginning February 6th through March 12th, 5:30-6:30pm - Ages 7-9, 6:30-7:30pm - Ages 10+, at Rejoice High School at 12200 E. 86th St. N. in Owasso.
Our teacher is Chris Middlebrook. Chris's professional experience includes performing in London's West End (Broadway) being a founding member of Britain's first ever Equity sponsored street theater company, and working with Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber. Chris was last seen in Tulsa Project theaters production of Seussical, where he starred as Horton the elephant.
Each of the 5 weekly classes will concentrate on preparing your child for some of the challenges faced in professional theater.
The 7-9 year old class will include:
Introduction to theater
Terms
Characters
Plus improvisation
The 10+ year old class will include:
Audition technique
Character work
Working with a director
Accents
Plus a series of confidence building improvisation exercises

OCTC is proud to announce the cast for this charming musical adaption of the classic novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett, with script by Tim Kelly and words and music by Bill Francoeur. Auditions will be held Saturday afternoon, January 21st, at 2:00pm and again on Monday evening, January 23rd at 6:30pm at First United Methodist Church 13800 E. 106th St. N. in Owasso.

Rehearsals will begin in February. (No rehearsal March 19-23rd). Performance dates are April 12-14th at Stone Canyon Elementary School. Terry Grufik is directing.
